  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation
  1. Begin by peeling and cutting the sweet potatoes into fries.
  2. Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes to enhance their crispiness.
  3. Drain the fries and pat them dry with a clean towel.
  4. Toss the fries in a bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Set the air fryer temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.

Notes
