Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to experiment with different cheeses.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives Optional.
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions Optional.
For assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas Can substitute with whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the softened cream cheese and taco seasoning in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined.
  2. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and any optional ingredients over the cream cheese.
  4. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other, then wrap them in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
  6. Once chilled, slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheel shapes and serve.

Notes
