Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 –2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon or cardamom
  • Optional: splash of oat or almond milk

Method
 

  1. 1. Brew your coffee or pull espresso shots.
  2. 2. In a mug, mix tahini with a bit of coffee until smooth.
  3. 3. Stir in sweetener and spices.
  4. 4. Add the rest of the coffee and optional milk.
  5. 5. Serve hot or over ice.
