- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub olive oil over the chicken breasts and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides, approximately 5 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer while you scrape the pan.
- Stir in the sour cream until well combined, letting the mixture bubble for about 5 minutes.
- Top each chicken breast with shredded Jack cheese and transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for around 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped green onions and a dash of paprika.

For an extra flavor boost, marinate the chicken in olive oil, garlic, and some spices for a couple of hours before cooking.
