  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub olive oil over the chicken breasts and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides, approximately 5 minutes per side.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer while you scrape the pan.
  6. Stir in the sour cream until well combined, letting the mixture bubble for about 5 minutes.

  9. Before serving, garnish with chopped green onions and a dash of paprika.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, marinate the chicken in olive oil, garlic, and some spices for a couple of hours before cooking. If short on time, skip the searing step and bake the chicken for a longer period to ensure it’s thoroughly cooked. Experiment with different spices to customize the flavor; a pinch of cayenne can add a nice kick.
