- In another bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and optional sriracha, gradually adding warm water until smooth.
Assembly
- Spread peanut sauce on the bottom half of each toasted burger bun.
- Place a turkey patty on top, drizzle with extra sauce, and top with shredded carrot, cucumber, cilantro, and red onion.
- Add the top bun and serve immediately with more peanut sauce on the side.
