Method
- 1. To a medium pot, add the ginger, turmeric, mint, pineapple, water, and tea bag.
- 2. Bring to a simmer on low heat, then remove from the heat and cover.
- 3. Allow to steep for 10 minutes.
- 4. Strain into a mug, add in any optional ingredients.
- 5. Serve hot. Or chill in the fridge and serve over ice.
