Ingredients
  

  • tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1-2 thin slices of mountain yam or daikon radish as a substitute
  • 1 cup warm water

  2. 2. Add the lemon juice and pink Himalayan salt. Stir gently with a spoon until the salt is completely dissolved.
  3. 3. Add the thin slices of mountain yam or daikon radish. Allow them to infuse the water for about one minute.
