  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast

Method
 

  1. 1. In a clean bowl, combine flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds.
  2. 2. Drizzle olive oil over the seeds. Add red chili powder and sea salt.
  3. 3. Stir well until seeds are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
4. Roast using your preferred method:
  1. 5. - Microwave: Spread the mix on a flat microwave-safe plate. Microwave on medium power for 4 minutes, stirring halfway.
  2. 6. - Stove: Dry roast in a non-stick pan over low heat, stirring constantly until seeds are lightly golden.
  3. 7. Let the seeds cool completely, then stir in the nutritional yeast.
  4. 8. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place. Enjoy within 2 weeks.
