- 1. In a glass or small bowl, mix the chia seeds with a little cold water. Let them sit for five to ten minutes.
- 2. In a large glass or mason jar, pour one cup of cold water or coconut water. Add the juice from half a lemon and one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Stir well to combine.
- 3. Grate fresh ginger and measure out half a teaspoon. Add it to the mixture. Then sprinkle in a dash of ground cinnamon.
- 4. Add the soaked chia seeds into the drink. If desired, add one drop of stevia or monk fruit. Stir or shake until blended.
- 5. Drink immediately or chill for up to one hour. Use a straw to protect your teeth from acidity.

To enhance texture, you can pulse the drink in a blender for a few seconds.
Use coconut water for a hint of natural sweetness and electrolytes.
Always stir before drinking if chia seeds settle at the bottom.
