- Combine the ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Mix just until combined.
- Form this mixture into four patties about ½ inch thick, creating a small indentation in the center of each patty.
- Place the patties on a parchment-lined plate and freeze for about 20 minutes.
Cooking
- For grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high and oil the grates. Grill each burger for about 4-5 minutes per side until they reach 160°F.
- Alternatively, cook the patties on a nonstick skillet with oil, frying them for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- For baking, place them in a 375°F oven for 25-30 minutes, then sear them on a hot pan for 2 minutes per side.
