Turkey Burger Patties

  • 30 g seasoned whole wheat breadcrumbs Seasoned options add extra flavor.
  • 15 g dried onion flakes
  • 15 ml ketchup
  • 15 ml mustard
  • 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 5 g kosher salt
  • Olive oil spray For cooking.
Toppings
  • 4 burger buns Toasted.
  • Cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, pickles, ketchup, mustard, caramelized onions, avocado Choose toppings according to personal preference.

Preparation
  1. Combine all patty ingredients in a mixing bowl until just mixed.
  2. Form the mixture into four even patties.
  3. Refrigerate the patties for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat your cooking surface with a light spray of olive oil.
  2. Cook each patty over medium-low heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
