  • 1 cup lettuce Crisp, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced Let come to room temperature

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Cut the croissants in half horizontally.
  2. Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise on the inner sides of both croissant halves.
